The Wild Hedgehog is a small custom studio dedicated to breathing fresh life into outdated furniture. We're passionate about helping people re-discover the beauty of Grandma's prized hutch and keeping pre-loved vintage furniture from ending up in a landfill. We believe that every piece has its own unique story to tell can bring character and joy to any home.

Grandma's Hutch

This is one of my favorite projects! It was a dated "orange" pine and I wanted it to look like Grandma's old pie cupboard from the 1800's -- like it that had survived the wagon ride out West and had been passed down through the generations.

King Bed Refresh

This Restoration Hardware bed was found on Marketplace. The footboard had deep scratches from the previous owner's Golden Retrievers, so after a good sanding, it was painted a beautiful deep Navy with metallic silver accents.

Bedroom Dresser

This piece that was carefully measured to the space we needed in a bedroom. The body was painted a neutral white, the top was stained with a custom mix and polyurethane applied to the top for durability to withstand anything placed on it.
